It is necessary to fill in the prescribed data in the electronic order. The following final consumer information must be provided in the telephone order or order sent by fax, e-mail or post:
- name surname
- residence of the buyer
- phone, e-mail
- product name, required quantity
- delivery address
The price of delivery is governed by the valid price list at the time of receipt of the order. For orders, the seller reserves the right to exclude the addendum, the ordered goods must correspond to the seller's offer and its stock. The order sent via the e-shop will be automatically confirmed by email. An order sent in another way will be confirmed by e-mail or telephone. The e-shop is intended only for the Czech Republic.
Postage and packing
No packaging is charged, only postage.
Delivery time
The ordered goods will be sent within 5 working days of order confirmation. If the product is not in stock, the customer will be contacted and further action will be agreed.
Delivery Method
Delivery is usually within 1 to 2 days from the delivery of the goods to the carrier. If the buyer is not available at the address specified in the order, he will be informed about the possibility of picking up the consignment at the post office by notifying the stored consignment. The storage period at the post office is a maximum of 7 calendar days. If the buyer does not pick up the shipment by then, the shipment will be sent back to the seller. If the buyer wants to send the goods again, he will be charged the costs associated with the next shipment.
Method of payment
Payment in advance by bank transfer to the supplier's account. Shipment of goods will be sent upon receipt of payment. The buyer is not entitled to export goods marked with the protected design STOPPODOUR® outside the territory of the Czech Republic without the prior consent of the seller. In the event of a breach of this condition, the seller is entitled to payment of a contractual penalty in the amount of CZK 500,000 for each such exported delivery abroad.
Prices
The prices listed on the e-shop website are in Czech crowns and are valid at the time of ordering and include VAT. Prices do not include postage. Prices in the e-shop are subject to change without notice. A proper tax document is part of the delivery.
Warranty period
The warranty period is set in accordance with the Commercial Code at 24 months from the date of manufacture of the goods. For cosmetics, it is always indicated with the words: "Best before:" For cosmetics with a minimum shelf life of more than 30 months, the date need not be indicated. The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use of the product, improper handling and improper storage. The seller provides a guarantee for the quality and completeness of the delivery.
Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods if the contract was concluded by means of distance communication - through an online store operated on the e-shop www.stoppodour.cz. The buyer-consumer should return the goods complete, undamaged, in the condition and value in which he received the goods, including all related documentation. For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller of this fact in the form of unilateral legal action, in the form of a written withdrawal from the contract addressed to the seller, by fax or email. The buyer also has the opportunity to withdraw from the contract using a sample form, but this is not an obligation. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period. However, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract if you have opened or partially consumed the goods that have been hygienically sealed.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your notice of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred as a result of Your chosen method of delivery, which is different from the cheapest standard delivery method we offer). We will use the same means of payment you used to make the initial payment transaction for refunds, unless you have specifically specified otherwise. In no case will you incur additional costs. We will not refund your payment until you have received the returned goods or you can prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
Acceptance of returned goods: Send the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from this contract or hand them over to PHILTRADE sro, Náměstí 14. října 1307/2, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic. The period is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods back to us before the expiration of 14 days. We will not accept returned goods sent back to the seller by cash on delivery.
Costs associated with the return of goods: The seller does not bear the costs associated with the return of goods after withdrawal from the contract, these direct costs are borne by the consumer (transport, etc.).
Liability for reduction in the value of returned goods: The buyer is only liable for reduction in the value of goods as a result of handling these goods in a manner other than that necessary to become familiar with the nature and properties of the goods, including its functionality.

The Seller declares that it handles the personal data of customers in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data. The personal data provided is used exclusively to process the order. The entrusted personal data will not be provided to third parties and used for commercial purposes unrelated to the offer of this e-shop without the consent of the owners of this data.

By checking the appropriate box on the internet form, you confirm that you have been notified of your rights related to the management and processing of personal data by PHILTRADE s.r.o. in particular that you have rights under § 11, 21 of Act no. No. 101/2000 Coll., ie especially that the provision of data is voluntary, that you can revoke your consent at any time free of charge at the administrator's address, that you have the right to access personal data and the right to correct such personal data, block incorrect personal data, their disposal , etc., as well as the right to turn to the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of an alleged violation of their rights.
